Once your requirements/specifications are confirmed, we draw up the execution plan, which defines the complete process to be followed including the screening, scheduling and follow-up in detail through work breakdown structure. Progress then is tracked every day against the plan, including a detailed analysis of gaps if any. And every milestone, a review is held to ensure that the team is aware of the status and ensure full verification of every phase.

• We organize weekend hiring events when the Client’s requirement is very urgent and the recruits’ numbers are very high.
